Unique Leadership
Aspen Management was founded by Chris Geer
who, prior to creating Aspen, held positions as a corporate attorney, an investment banker, and an executive to a large HOA property management company.  His diverse background provides HOAs with a well-rounded perspective unique to the Community Management industry.

Slow Growth
It is our intent to grow slowly, but steadily, to
ensure that we never falter in providing the level
of service we promise. Our model is not one of amassing as much business as fast as we can. In fact, we have been known to turn down business if we did not feel that we were ready for the growth, or if we felt we weren’t a good fit for the community that was inquiring about our service.
