Previous Senior Vice President and General Counsel to Bold Real Estate Solutions, LLC, a Vail, Colorado-based property management firm, Chris is a former corporate attorney who also co-founded Boulder, Colorado’s first lower-middle market investment banking firm. Chris holds law licenses in Virginia and Colorado, Series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses, and a Colorado Real Estate Broker’s license. As the Managing Director of Aspen, Chris focuses his energies on doing what Aspen does best―being the best HOA management company in Boulder, Denver, and Colorado’s Front Range by providing the highest level of community management service in the market.

Weston Baur, Managing Director
Weston has over 20 years experience in Real Estate management. As the previous owner of Ed Baur Management, Inc. and Florida Community Management in Gainesville FL, he grew the firm to the largest of its kind in Alachua County. Managing close to 900 rental units and 29 homeowner associations representing over 3300 homes. He holds an Employing Brokers License in Colorado, a Brokers license in Florida and a Community Association Managers license in Florida. Weston focuses on understanding his client’s needs to provide the best service possible.

Shanna Massier, Director of Operations
Shanna is an accomplished HOA manager whose professional experience spans over 22 years in the property management industry. This experience includes staff supervision, accounting, financial reporting, community relations, facilities maintenance, and also included at one time managing a portfolio of 7 HOA’s comprised of over 5,500 homes. While Shanna’s principal role at Aspen is to oversee the daily performance of our services, she also currently provides HOA Management Services to a portfolio of communities that includes townhomes, single family homes and condominiums.

Susan Cwik, Community Manager
Susan has over half a decade of experience in HOA management, including portfolio management as the lead portfolio manager for multiple communities across Colorado’s Front Range, as an assistant portfolio manager, and as an on-site assistant manager for a large planned community in Northern Colorado. Susan is Aspen’s newest team member, and we are thrilled to be able to count on her experience and professionalism as we serve our communities.

Jody Tracy, Community Manager
A former Realtor and former owner of a small Illinois-based real estate company, Jody possesses over a decade of real estate experience. In addition, she also possesses significant experience in Board of Directors interface, vendor and contractor interface, and has further experience in a multitude of other professional HOA management company functions that she has honed over the course of her career. As our lead HOA Manager, Jody is Aspen’s customer service guru, taking care to make sure that your every need is met and satisfied in short order.

Cynthia Nye, Assistant Property Manager
Cynthia is a seasoned administrative professional with experience in community management, administration, and bookkeeping. As co-owner with her husband of two small businesses, she also has a small business person’s perspective regarding the importance of customer service.
